Just goes to show that almost anyone can be a lead star. All the work is done by background people only. People will connect with them on some level by imposing some kind of nostalgia or somehow personally identifying with them.

Though I like the fact he launches such random individuals... it's a good deed going out of the way to promote your help's kids. But wish he would find talented random people to launch than promoting cronyism.
