The scripting of Sidharth Malhotra's Ek Villain 2 kick-starts.

The 2014 hit film, Ek Villain, is all set to have
its sequel. The first part included Shraddha
Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra and Riteish
Deshmukh in the cast. The second part is in
its pre-production stage now. The film is
being produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji
Motion Pictures and will not be directed by
Mohit Suri, who directed the first part. The
project will reportedly have a new director
on board. Talking about the script of the
film, a source close to the project revealed
to a leading daily, "Work on Ek Villain 2 has
just kicked off. The premise of the original
is great for a potential franchise."
Latest reports also suggest that writers
have already been roped in for the project
and the scripting of the film has begun with
full swing. That's good news for Sidharth
