Here's how I observed things. Last May/June Alia and Ranbir start rehearsals for Brahmstra. By late July reports of Sid Alia break up comes out. She starts hanging out with her ex Boyfriend Ali something, she is buddy buddy with Varun again, there was also the rumor about the millionaire Kavin Mittal. It works. Media doesn't mention Ranbir again. But everyone is not playing. Varun starts showing up with Natasha more often than ever before. The millionaire actually unfollows her on Instagram. I have no idea what happened with the ex.

She tried really hard to keep the Ranbir angle on the down low until it seemed like she and Sid have been over for a while.

It is possible this is all PR. But I think it's real. I wouldn't even be surprised if they make it to the alter. But I also think it will end in divorce. 😔

I think Sid grew close to the director duo of A Gentleman and Jacqui was part of that gang. Whenever they hang out it was always in a group and neither of them shied away from posting about it. He was known to be with Alia. He wouldn't have posted about hanging out with non famous friends and Jacqui if anything was going on.

Sid and Alia were definitely real. They are totally done with each other now. He's even done with Ranbir. Have you noticed how he doesn't even go play soccer anymore? Because Ranbir is a permenant part of that team? He's in between jobs and has plenty of time.

Maybe it is the real deal and they might shock everyone by settling down. Alia is going into this with her eyes open. She might be fine with his philandering, so it might not end in divorce. Anyways, all the best to them if they are really dating. Neetu will finally get some relief to see her son settled into marital life and maybe just maybe Ranbir will turn a new leaf as a responsible married man with kids.

For Alia this is a huge ego trip. Not only is the Kapoor scion dating her, but his mother who never liked the hot and successful Deepika and Katrina is approving of her. I think part of her is acting like all stupid girls in love act, she thinks he wil chmage and be loyal to her because she's special. No way she'll be OK with her man cheating on her. The girl is even possessive of movie roles 😆. But since I think she cheated on Sid with Ranbir I think she's also trying to convince herself and everyone around her that she's found her true love and isn't just another Bollywood cheater.

But make no mistake, Alia is a 25 year old grown woman and is a Bhatt. They are all wildly independent and not the types that can be taken for a ride. Whatever she is getting into is with her eyes wide open. She wouldn't hesitate to walk out if it wasn't serving her well anymore. Just look at the kind of lives her father and sister have lived. She's not some little girl that can easily be taken advantage of.
