Most of the time, stars' PR tip off the paps about where the celebrities will be and when to go take pics. Sometimes it's incidental but most of the time, it's planned.

They're not paid exactly. It's more like they are given the information about where to go to take pics. They can then sell those pics and make money. That's why certain stars are photographed every single day and others aren't.

Kareena and Taimur pics are 100% planned. I think Soha Ali Khan is following her sister in law and doing the same. There are a constant stream of pics of her and her chubby baby now too.

Celebs who don't like it can definitely get it stopped. The paps had gone to take AbRam's pics on his first day of school and SRK was very upset. The next day there were lots of articles that he had put out some guidelines and asked photographers to stay away from Abram when he's in school or without his parents. They are only allowed to take his pics if SRK is with him. Since then, they have stopped bothering him.
