The difference between KJo & Salman is HUGEEE. Kjo is a businessman, he's only 'helping' someone if its profitable to him. He's launching star kids because its beneficial to him as they come with a certain hype. Or he's kicking you to the curb like Imran & Kareena.
Salman helps people who need a 2nd chance or a start. Never will you see a mega star like Salman, share a song with a down and out actor like Bobby and give him equal screen time.

If you don't like the cast, don't watch it but Salman can use his money and fame to help whoever he pleases and frankly its praiseworthy.
