All of them are fake. Her sister said the same on their joint Vogue IV but I've to say her sister comes
Off as sounding & behaving like she is very jealous of DP so Idk. As for being different, all famous people are. They mostly cultivate certain Images & in the public eye, live in them. When DP is home she must be herself which must be freeing for her.

Siblings roast each other all the time, it's not something that needs such in depth analysis. When you have lots of shared history together it's natural that you'll see each other's good, bad and ugly.

Yes TM, she is fake. Deepika isn't real as she is a figment of everyone's imagination. But come on...which celeb is real? I doubt any show their real face in public often or ever.
