Dad - Amitabh, Dev Anand and fond of Salman. He liked Rekha and Madhuri from the older gen. Finds Aishwarya and Sonam beautiful and PC to be a good actress.

Mom - has no strong likes or dislikes

The entire family loves Ranveer since Bajirao. Padmaavat just cemented his position as their fave young gen actor.

Mum - Dharmendra, AB Sr and Zeenat Aman.

Dad- 'what the hell are you watching those movies for?'-storms out of the room.

(He cannot stand to watch movies with subtitles and is a war movie type guy).

My mom cannot remember the name of a single movie or television show.

She calls Ishqbaaz "Shivaay", and almost every other serial by heroine's name😆.

My dad used to be a huge fan of Rajkumar, Sanjeev Kumar and Amitabh Bachchan. He also really loved Rakhi and Waheeda Rehmaan. My mom liked Saira Banu. My parents saw her shooting for a song in Kashmir on their Honeymoon (long long time ago). Today is supposed to be their 51st wedding anniversary. 😊

My baba was an aamir fan for years, till 3 idiots. Then he slowly realized what a fake snake he is. Everything including the nonfilmy work he does has some hidden agenda. And then the forced patriotism and pushing father's dream on daughter part really got his goat in dangal.

In the years that went by, I've seen him start to live and respect SRK. from a hater, he went to a respectful fan.

He likes Kajol, DP, Saif, RK, Veer, Maddy and Nana.

Also, Chintu, Big b, Sanjeev Kumar and Amol palekar

Mom

Kajol ,Srk, Ajay, Akshay, Deepika Veer, Rk.

She loves Jaya b films.

And yeah, both love VIDYA

On topic: Forgot to add: my mum is watching anything of the oldies..like Raj Kapoor, Dilip Kumar, when she gets subtitled versions to watch. I have convinced her to come watch with me some of the recent, post 2015 movies..and she enjoys them..but she is more after romantic type movies..like SRK's DDLJ..Devdas..
