In that case this question can only be answered after film release and the analysis on the set and type of audience could be done after that. Still no one should be persistent on what other people should watch.

Sanjay Dutt was my favorite actor growing up. I love him and will watch this movie just for him.

What is there to glorify about Sanjay Dutt?
