I also thought it's going to be more of a dark drama but this seems like a comedy 🤔 His life had so much scope for an amazing and dramatic story. The biggest mistake is that Hirani is directing it. It should have been someone different.

This will be a huge test for Hirani his ultimate test without Aamir to see if he can still hit a big number in the BO, only Bhansali has done it in his latest movie

Ranbir's body language as Sanjay Dutt is impressive but rather than acting RK seems to be imitating Sanjay Dutt... #subpar

This is not a biopic, it's more like a parody, a funny comedic take on Sanjay dutts life, I mean I don't think Sanjay was this colorful in reality with all the jumping and running around

Raju hirani has the same theme for all his fans films, comedies with some kind of social or emotional message, and that's the same theme he is using in this film, however it's supposed to be a biopic, and this doesn't seem like one

Onto rk's acting, as the older Sanjay he does look like him, but he doesn't look like the younger Sanjay at all, and even with the dialogues he sounds more like rk

OK teaser, I mean it didn't get me excited to watch the film, mainly coz it's too much like a parody

Its amusing, how was anybody expecting Hirani to make an Anurag Kashyap kind of intense movie (thank god FOR THAT not happening)

He is known for light hearted entertaining movies with its heart in the right place, not brooding intense drama😕 why should he change his style of movie making, just because it is a biopic?😕

Then why make a biopic if it's not going to be realistic? Coz I am really doubting that Sanjay was exactly like the way they showed in the teaser

RK has totally fit into the role of sanju , his body Language is commendable!!
Teaser doesn't give away much , will wait for the trailer to form the opinion .

Cause the protagonist of the film is a convicted bomb blaster. That is kind of insensitive to show in a comedic tone imho
