India is truly a Shithole now. No amount of woke ppl on twitter can change the country with so many uneducated and mentally sick ppl. Only Govt has to enforce strict immediate broadcast-ed public beheading of rapists for the crime to go down. No mercy for the rapists.

Media highlights these more since rape is in the limelight. Else these things happen every day (so many women are getting raped as I type this. Shocking, but true).

All I can say now,

very very selfishly..

I am so glad I am not in India right now.

Until people's mentality change, no amount of government law can do anything.

Until people people stop staring at girls on the road or cat call or grope etc , this will continue.

Rape and murder is big thing. Such above incidents should not happen as that will lead to rape.

I saw some ad on anti rape underwear. I mean W*F is going on.

Isn't it better to not let the men out of the house.

I don't like watching news on TV coz they highlight such events to garner TRP.

I prefer reading newspaper or online news portals... and those r also getting difficult to scroll without a news of rape murder... etc.

I have noticed this trend..Once a horrific rape case surfaces media covers all the rape cases across nation and then they go back to the regular shit

This happens every minute across the world now. But unless the case is extremely horrific or there's a public movement media doesn't bother to cover them

Until and unless they start hanging these rapists, this will continue. I kind of believe they brought in that 15 year old boy in the Kathua incident because they knew he will be released cause of juevenile act. People always know they are going to get away with it which is why they don't fear anything.There is no other way people can commit these crimes in such inhuman ways if they didn't know the consequences of these acts.

I don't want to hate on the entire country/population just for these kind of news but I can't help but feel so disgusted reading them. I used to have so much respect for the country once upon a time. I always have liked the unity there how patriotic people in India were. But today I only feel disgusted. I'm thanking god everyday for creating me as a girl child and not cursing me by making me born in India. Whatever the image India has right now, I bet it's not going to be easy to erase. I really feel bad for the women and children there and all the innocent people in the country. They don't deserve this shit. And what's worse is the delayed judgement/protecting the guilt. At this point, i feel like there is nothing wrong if someone takes the law in hand and punish those bas***ds the worse possible way. Sorry to my other Indian friends if my post is harsh.
