First of all, they did not have hunting license just as he did not have a driving licence when he ran over those homeless people
There is no question of getting hunting licence as its a protected forest where Bishnois guard endangered species of wildlife.
So that is double crime of hunting and killing protected wildlife illegally.
Secondly HE fired the gun which killed the blackbucks, the other 4 egged him on, encouraged him.
Bishnois are appealing against the other 4 stars too, they shd also be jailed or fined for aiding and abetting.
