I think the most obvious reasons are for career and money. Kangana didn't mind having an affair with pancholi because he had contacts and could refer her to friends. Maybe newbies even look for these kind of affairs to help their career. And if that guy is wealthy enough, they will want to marry him for financial security.

But on the personal side, it could be that they think it's not their problem. I mean the guy is married he should stop himself but that they have the freedom to tempt him if that's what they wish to do. I read an article once and the author was the other woman. She said she liked that the man would come to her rather than go to his wife. Prefer her over the wife. She liked that importance. So maybe that.

And last of course maybe they just click and can't get over it. She's obviously got be less scrupulous and a bit selfish to be doing it but maybe the feeling is really genuine and they found their one and only despite his marriage to another. It's not so easy to find your partner like that so maybe they can't let it go .
