I dont think so, being an 80s kid and 90s teen what I remember was that the one responsible for breaking up his marriage was Kunika Lal. They had a roaring affair and his wife even went to Bal Thackeray asking him to intervene to threaten her husband to correct his ways and leave Kunika.

I remmber director Santoshi being in love with her but she refused to marry him.

I have never heard this sanu and sheshadri rumor and she was really really sorted in her real life to fall for that douchebag... i for one do not beleive this.😕😕
