Oh I hope he recovers it must be quite difficult to come to terms with such news all of a sudden. May God give strength and courage to him and his family to fight this and emerge victorious. Neuroendocrine tumors if benign can fully recover so I hope Irfan recovers too I'm sure he is getting the best treatment.

I think his case his extrahepatic NET of the bile duct which is very rare and explains the jaundice as well also NET of the pancreas cause jaundice as well. I'm not too sure about their prognosis though but praying hard for Irfan stay strong man.
