oh thank you everyone

i am feeling guilty now

i was not sad at all lol..was trolling.

however the part about the weight was true..in 3 months of my new routine where i am walking 5-6 times per week, controlling eating i did end up gaining few pounds

but what is few pounds when you are 6 feet and 175 pounds...lol

I've lost 20 kilos in 5 months, so I know the struggle, especially since I am a foodie and I have a sweet tooth.

I guess the key is to be in calorie deficit, the weight loss is inevitable then.

Anyway, this song cheers me up
