Raid box office collection day 12: Ajay Devgn Ileana D'Cruz's movie remains rock steady, earns Rs 84.36 crore

Ajay Devgn and Ileana D'Cruz's Raid continues its magical run at the domestic box office!

Ajay Devgn and Ileana D'Cruzs Raid has set the cash registers ringing ever since it released on March 16. The movie has not only impressed the audience, but it has been raking in the moolah, even in its second week. In fact, on day 12, the film remained rock steady as it collected Rs 2.41 crore at the ticket window. With that, the film took its overall box office tally to Rs 84.36 crore. Talking about the detailed box office collection, trade analyst Taran Adarsh revealed on Twitter, "#Raid Tue biz remains at par with Mon biz. Good trending. [Week 2] Fri Rs 3.55 crore, Sat Rs 5.71 crore, Sun Rs 7.22 crore, Mon Rs 2.42 crore, Tue Rs 2.41 crore. Total: Rs 84.36 crore. India biz.

With a considerable screen space and a decent buzz around the movie, we always knew Raid was going to perform well at the box office. However, no one saw it sustaining so well and crossing the Rs 80 crore mark in just two weeks. The film has been able to do so well because of its strong content, engaging storyline, fantastic performances and much more. People across the world, including the critics, have loved the movie. This helped the movie develop a great word of mouth publicity, which in turn helped it rake in such a large amount of money. Looking at the current trends, Raid should sustain well over this week.
