I am saying this as his ardent fan.
Lately I have seen his posts only about himself and Khilji and talking about himself, his problems etc, agreed you acted amazing an faced lot of hardship , but don't get carried away man..
That is one mistake one should not do.. All actors are narcissistic ., but they do it with subtlety ..
Ranveer will also learn to do that soon

Well one good thing is atleast he is openly praising himself and not chup chup ke and slyly..but wish he would not do that too..

Lol I dunno what else to say.. :P

Hope he cools down ... 😆

Huh, he conducted a round of post-release interviews where they are asking him about the role, so he answered. And he is not blowing his own trumpet, he has praised Jim Sarbh so so much and SLB too and credited them for his performance. He even thanked Preetisheel, and his makeup dada. Dunno what IV you read and saw😕
Just one of the many excerpts where he has praised Jim

In media interactions after the release of the film, Ranveer has been all praises for his co-star Jim Sarbh in the film. Ranveer revealed in an interview that it was he who recommended Jim for the film. He said, "I think Jim made some special choices in portraying the character. In fact when I saw his work in Neerja, I thought he was fantastic and recommended his name for Malik Kafur's character and that is how he got the part.

He added, "He enriched my performance. He is one of the biggest takeaways of the film. A lot of the film has been cut out, and a lot of that was about Khilji and Malik but it still has the impact. Jim gets full credit for it.

Jim Sarbh too, in another interview had said, "Ranveer is a great co-actor. He is extremely reactive, and extremely responsive. He is a pleasure to work with. He always brings great ideas to set with him, different ways to express a moment, and I am allowed to both present an impulse and have more than enough to react to. We got to experience the most beautiful thing an actor can experience, which is being powerfully alive and aware in a moment, trying to represent ourselves but also allowing the other actor to affect you and letting the natural fate of the scene express itself through us. It was beautiful.

Another one
Asked about his experience of working with Jim, Ranveer said: "Special talent, great vibe, great sense of humour and intelligent. Exciting to collaborate with. Chilled out. Basically the perfect co-actor. Jim Sarbh blessed to have worked with him.

During a recent interaction of Singh with fans on Twitter, when the question of how did Ranveer slip into the get up of the character, he said, "Umm. Well Preetisheel and Sanjay Sir should be given credit for the look, really. Baaki I internalised... some... err... dark shit... and every expression, mannerism, the whole vibe and energy of the character just followed as a result.

We asked Singh if there was a choice to go camp or to play down Kafur and Khilji's relationship. The word camp perplexed Singh. He checked his phone for its meaning and read out the synonyms of a camp person: "Effeminate, effete, foppish, affected, a ponce, a pansy, a queen, a fag, underlining everything Sarbh's effective character was not. . A lot of the film has been cut out, and a lot of that was about Khilji and Malik but it still has the impact. Jim gets full credit for it, he adds, returning to the idea that perhaps the final version of Padmaavat is a heavily compromised one.

This might be an unpopular take… but here goes. I genuinely believe Ranveer Singh is more versatile, but Ranbir Kapoor is the better actor. And...
