"They don't even invite the writing nominees" ... 🥳 2015/2016 awards

Even this year all technical awards were handed out when the "celebrities" hadn't even shown-up on the red carpet. 😵

I love Varun Grover. He is such a smart man with an awesome sense of humor. His 8 minute comedy piece on Padmavat >>> the entire 2.5 hour movie

They are the writers, which Bollywood seriously needs to invest in. Instead of all the VFX and promotion crap that the BW kind invest in. Developing writers can really yield high ROIs.

LOL @ writers saying that saying content is king, we need to empower writers is lip service. They've been hearing it since forever but there is no real change. Though they agreed that majority of scripts are terrible.

Filmfare really does suck for not even extending invites for their awards to the writers. No wonder JitPill gets consistently gets butt hurt when people point out the flaws because he does stupid shit like this.

Juhi saying that she's been told that she only needs to write a 40 minute story and doesn't need to take time for that because the rest is songs and some random fights...that only points to WHY BW's commercial potboilers have dropped to the horrible levels they have. That creativity is completely gone...you make a 2 hour movie and only 40 minutes has some semblance of a story.

LOL @ Himanshu saying...the idea in the industry seems to be ki you just pray the moviegoer who spent Rs.250 bas goli na maar de picture dekh ke 😆

BW needs to read more -- I get that and it makes sense, but then I also see voracious readers not having a clue what's good and not *cough* SRK *cough* ... or perhaps they do know and are limited by what they believe they should do rather than what they want to do. It also depends on what is being read. 😆
