After the release of Tubelight, the movie didn't perform as well as expected, with the distributors paying the brunt of it. While it is the producer's responsibility to ensure that such challenges are well resolved, Salman Khan, as the producer of this movie, has decided to step in and pay the distributers the required reimbursement. Salman Khan isn't the first Bollywood actor to make such a move. Shah Rukh Khan has also made a similar move with his movies Dilwale, Asoka' and 'Paheli and even When Harry met Sejal'
