Hichki: Rani Mukerji to be a guest on Sourav Ganguly's show Dadagiri.

Rani Mukerji is making her comeback after
giving birth to Adira Chopra in 2015. The
actress will be seen in Hichki which is
directed by Siddharth P Malhotra and
produced by Maneesh Sharma.
The actress is going all out with the
promotions of the movie and will soon be
appearing on Sourav Ganguly's reality TV
show Dadagiri. Rani will be heading to
Kolkata to shoot this special episode.
A source from the channel informed, "Rani
and Sourav are both legends. This episode
will be the most special one that we have
shot ever. They will make for a winning
combination on TV. Sourav, or Dada as he is
fondly called, will be speaking to Rani on her
forthcoming film Hichki. Rani has started a
campaign for the film that sees her quiz
icons about their real-life hichkis
(weaknesses) and she will quiz Sourav on
the same. It will be quite interesting to
know about dada's hichki. We are sure it will
be a big revelation.
Recently, director Siddharth revealed that it
was Aditya Chopra who came up with the
title of the movie. "It was Adi who nailed the
title of the film. He took a few days to
deliberate on the same and when he told
Maneesh (Sharma) and me his suggestion,
we were ecstatic. Nothing could have
described the film better than Hichki. It's
uncomplicated, it's a strong metaphor for
discrimination and it's an extremely
colloquial and relatable word," Siddharth
had revealed.
Speaking of Hichki, Rani plays the character
of Naina Mathur who has a nervous system
disorder, Tourette Syndrome that forces an
individual to make involuntary repetitive
movements or sounds. Hichki focusses on
turning disadvantages into opportunities
and staring down at challenges that life
throws at one and ultimately winning over
them.
Hichki is slated to release on February 23,
2018.
