What are some stereotypes of B-town Hollywood has wrong?

Was watching Slumdog millionaire after years so I want to all the desis here. Did the movie portray India accurately? What are the some things it failed to bring into the limelight? What has manifested accurately?Would you call it a reflection of small part of India?

What are some stereotypes that you feel Hollywood gets wrong about India or even B-town?

Hollywood always show India as a poor down trodden country and always focus on the negative and bad perspectives

Also the dresses they always get it wrong

Also , the cultures and traditions they show are all mixed up and look made up

and don't get me started on the fake accents

It's not untrue that large swathes of our country are desperately poor but Hollywood and other Western media definitely do have an agenda when they portray this.They want to feel like they're so much better off than us 'brown savages'. Funny how they did not think so when they crossed oceans to come and colonize us. 🥱 Then they have the gall to say colonization was good for us. I think every Indian should vehemently reject that idea and put them in their place.

Who can blame them when BW stars suck upto them every chance they get ?

Asians - martial artists
Arabs - terrorists
Russians - gangsters
Indian- brown, ugly with smell of curry
