How so? Actresses are known to make family members their managers...goes back to ages/decades ago. If she's qualified, why not..unless Kangana took her when she had no money to hire a real manager..
isnt this the exact definition of nepotism?

Bollywood is a jungle just like society, if others didnt complain doesnt mean its safe everyone. Katrina was slapped, harassed in public by Salman, yet she kept quiet. Katrina is not vocal, so media didnt make it headline either. Kangu has every right to complain if she goes through, whats wrong in it ?

If they speak up against nepotism, they're gonna be alienated. Let's not pretend it's as easy as pie. To be on top, one gotta bootlick an army of formidable insiders. And her claims with HR may be unsubstantiated, however, her issues with nepotism were as real as it can get.
And regarding Rangy being her manager - is there any evidence that KR pays her? Genuinely asking since I don't know.I read an IV of hers about how she struggled & earned money through her movies and a huge chunk of it went to Rangoli's acid treatment. What if Rangy's working for her just out of gratefulness? So that's a pretty naive argument sounds ridiculous.

Hrithik suffers from scoliosis. He has trained himself heavily in order to overcome this disorder only so that he could become an actor one day despite the doctors advising him against it. Hrithik was finely trained before his launch and also brought his father the biggest hit of his career as a director/ producer. I also heard how no distributor was interested in this movie because there were bigger stars releasing their movie at the same time.

Just because someone is outspoken about their struggle doesn't mean you should undermine their success.Weinstein abused women for 25+ years. Many big names: Jolie, Palthrow, Affleck chose not to speak up because they wouldn't get films. If anything, Katrina is just another Jolie and Palthrow who doesn't want to speak up against the biggies.Your argument is flawed because you cannot see that Hrithik had connects from GET GO.

There you go. A commoner trying to achieve the same would be nowhere.
