Media has played a big role in sensationalising this. (People are waking up only after Republic TV joining the drama). But who kept it alive for the past entire year? Is not NDTV responsible? If it was only her lawyer statement's to media, Hritik may not have taken this step. But two successive interviews by Barkha and AKA show, pushed Hritik. Can we blame him? Was he left with any choice other than coming out and speak?
When I read Kangana's mail recently, I felt bad. I felt a vulnerable girl was craving for the love of somebody, friendship of somebody. She felt let down when her feelings was not reciprocated and decided to go against them, even if it was self destructive. One person could ignore her rants. Another could not, as the involvement had got deeper and murkier. Still he was ready to bury the past behind the media. But people accused him of trying to cover himself. Was it not covering Kangana as well? What has she gained by going to media?
What impressed me in the trailer was, his hesitation to badmouth Kangana. (Some people might call it being "image conscious"). He would have lost nothing, if he had used the word "victim" (as Arnab lead him to that). Hritik is currently been put in a tricky situation where he wants to defend himself, but does not want to pull Kangana down in the process. If only, media had shown this sensitivity. I never had any expectation from Barkha who just works on her agendas. But I did not expect it from Rajat Sharma.
Kangana might come out with any of her own version. But the eminent journalists who interviewed her were not incapable of seeing through that version. Why did they let her go on?

Did anyone of them think about her? They placed her in such a high position, just to fulfill their agenda. Did they ever bother, when she falls from that height, how it would hurt her?
All they wanted was, another bite from Hritik. (As Rajat Sharma openly called Hritik to attend AKA to give his justification). Is that all, Mr. Sharma? Why did you have to go so low?
Now Times Now has aired Kangana's alleged photographs. What was the need to show those photographs? Republic TV also might have seen the photographs (as they got hold of the police complaint). But they did not display anything. They just mentioned "objectionable in nature". (It was 1 hour TV programme. They had time for it).
God forbid, nothing happens to Kangana. If at all she is battling mental illness, in case if she takes any drastic step under pressure, who will be at fault? Or will it be transferred to Hritik as usual?
