I hope DP and RS really takes a break from shooting after Padmavati releases.They have been working non stop for this film.
Deepika shot continuously for a number of days and was not even spotted out during that period, there were reports that said the stress got to her as well and its understandable since SLB always chases after perfection.
RS and DP being dedicated actors wouldve done whatever it takes to perfect their roles. DP has said that she leaves a part of her in every character and Padmavati is not an easy character to play not something you can just drop out of in a day. She has had an experience with clinical depression and such long hours of shoot , stress and time away from family mustve got to her.
Ranveer is a method actor and he had isolated himsellf and prepared for Bajirao too but this time he is playing an out and out evil character and he shut himself in a hotel room surrounding himself with the script and other materials about allaudin khilji to understand his mind frame. It can be taxing to be in that mind frame every time when Action is called and aint easy to come out of it when you say CUT.
This was taking a toll on him and his health that is why SLB had given him breaks in between his schedules..
Don't treat everything as publicity material. They are also humans. Just cause you dont like an actor / actress don't use such things to poke fun of them.
