MANY production assistants and crew members want nothing to do with this leading actress-producer. They claim they are owed a lot of money by her, and that she appears to be in no hurry to clear them. Apparently, for one of her recent productions, the actress didn't spend a penny, and only lent her name to the project. The funding came from another co-presenter source. At one point during the course of filming, when her director approached her to increase the budget, she flatly refused and ordered some members of the behind-the-scenes' crew to be sacked to manage budgets.
