No doubt NCW sucks in a lot of ways but am kinda confused here. Kangana was talking about Gurmeet Chadha who is supposed to be the Chairperson of NCW. However, Gurmeet Kaur Chadha is the General Secretary of Mumbai Regional Mahila Congress Committee and a member of the Congress. In so far as the State Women Commission is concerned, earlier it was headed by Rajani Satav and from early 2016, its been Vijaya Rahatkar. And you dont need a middleman to approach them. You can directly file complaints/they can take suo moto action too. Again not denying that they can be corrupt/inefficient like most organizations but when you are making allegations against a Govt. body, atleast make sure you are accurate and name the right ppl.

P.S. Someone please correct the info given above in case I have misunderstood.

Whoever the lady was, she appeared on Aap Ki Adalah - the review video where other women were called. She confirmed Rangoli came to her and also mentioned that Rakesh Roshan is like a father figure to her...The other women blasted her like crazy and told her she should have helped Kangana even if Kangana made a mistake and thought she was from the Women Comission thing. These ladies took her down! 😲 But that lady mentioned how Hrithik did warn Kangana that he was going to expose her pictures and videos, it's why they went to her for help.

you are correct . her sister went to mumbai mahila congress vp gurpreet (bcoz she is friends with roshans).
as per womens commision Maharashtra kangana never approached them and they dont know any gurpreet.

I think what happened was, Rangoli and Kangana realised that the woman is close to the Roshans and is not going to help them in any way. Can't blame them because they don't really know about these stuffs and how to deal with it properly. In the end, Cyber police did come to them and the emails were leaked, so clearly this lady couldn't have done anything...
