The announcement didn't go down well with his fans down South. Buzz was, it would be his Bahubali co-star Anushka Shetty.
I don't know what the speculations were as I don't read the paper or watch TV. I used to watch National Geographic or Discovery Channel earlier but I don't even watch those now.

There have been stories linking you with your Aashiqui co-star, Aditya Roy Kapur, and now your Rock On co-star, Farhan Akhtar. How do you react to them?
I don't pay attention to them. Since I don't read the papers or watch the news, I miss most of them anyway.

This is believable but it also seems to be a nice way of dodging questions regarding affairs or casting controversies 😆
