Acting : 8/10. He's alot better than Ranveer and Varun in acting department.
Charisma : 6/10.
Looks : 1/10. Atleast at the present. 😆
Versatility : 9/10. Haider, Kaminey, R. Rajkumar, Jab We Met. You can see the range of characters he has played.

Overall I think he's very underrated. He can play massy and character roles with the same ease. In Jab We Met, everyone only remembers Geet's character but that doesn't takes away that Shahid too acted brilliantly by underplaying Aditya like the character was supposedly written.
He may have done many shitty films but his acting was still good in almost all his movies.
