SINGER - SONG pair you wished had happened

Ok does this ever happen to you that you listen to a song and suddenly go like I wish it had benen sung by so and so..?? It happens sometimes with me. So just for fun what is the one song you wish would have been better in another singers voice? Absolutely no disrespect intended for the original singer.

From the current generation- past song and past generation current song.

I wish Arijit had sung yeh gore gore se chore from hum-tum. I loved what arijit did to the song palat!! There is an intrinsic mischievous and sexiness to his voice that if he plays with is so so good. And I feel it would have been a bigger song had it been sung by him.

Papon for maana ke hum yaar Nahin as a solo song. That song has been wasted on parineeti. I really wished that we get a papon version for that song.

I wish Sonu had sung the duet with Shreya for thodi der aur theher ja. It would have been a way better song. I think you really understand the song when you hear the Shreya part but get lost with the male singer. Sonu would have got the nuances for that song much better.

And solo version of gerua in Sonu's voice. As soon as I heard the demonetised version I'm not been able to get his voice out of my head for that song.

So do you have any songs like that??

^^^ thank god there is atleast someone who feels like me. I was beginning to wonder if I'm the only one who has so many wishes while listening to music 😆 . About Shaan.. I loved him when he sang behti hawa sa tha woh. Can't recall any song right now for him.. but he is such a good singer and so melodious that most songs would sound amazing on his voice!!

i wish sonu voice in that song saans main tere saans mele infact music reivew writer said this in his reviews

^^^^ there are many songs of ar where I feel that the song would have benefited with sonus vocals. But afte the guzaarish fiasco I don't think Rehman has ever collaborated with sonu. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't remember a single song of the duo after that.

^^^ wow had no idea this song even existed. Such a melodious song. Do you know all the songs ever sung by sonu??? But this just proves the point that AR and Sonu are a fatal combination. And i have no idea why Sonu nigam is so under-utilised these days..
