But this time, it's that bratty gang that brought up the subject and mocked

And as I said earlier what else can you talk about here?

Nepotism is inevitable, to a certain degree IMO. Imagine yourself as a business magnate, your son or daughter grow up to have no job and they're aging but still finding it hard to get a job - wouldn't you offer them a job somewhere in your industry - even if it's a clerk job. If you wouldn't, then, wow, wish the entire world was like you.

Likewise, lots of parents have different thresholds, every parent wants to see their child successful.. It's not a fault in their parenting, it's just a bond parent-child have. One way or another, a parent wants his child to have some security in life, even if it goes against his ethical senses... it's not his fault.

And where human relationships are there, such politics, upto a certain degree are inevitable.. giving preference to a friend's child, etc. The person who is giving preference to a friend's child has his own limitations - maybe he has some emotional obligation to the friend, and despite his unwillingness, may have to oblige.. Who wouldn't want to employ a better actor/worker? If a person is giving preference to a person who is less talented/skilled , it must mean he's under some obligation? Also, quid pro quo, world revolves around quid pro quo...

What I'm saying is, world isn't so black or white as we make it out to be or demand it to be. If world could be like that, it would be a much peaceful place.

People are certainly not as evil as this forum makes them out to be. I'm always appalled how people here look at celebs like they're some evil, mean-spirited people. Everyone's a human, with their own difficulties, their own limitations, etc. It's easy to judge everyone when you don't know their side of the story. Everyone's looking for their own place to survive and sustain(again, each one has different thresholds). No one's at fault here, the system itself is .. like how it is.. but it's getting better over the years, no?

But anyway, that's my personal stoical opinion...

Yesterday, I read a comment here asking if re-casting same actor all the time in a director's movie will be called as nepotism? Because surely, some favoritism must be going on between the director-actor (director or film producer, spare me the details)? will people start looking at it as a bad thing too?

I love your wisdom and positivity Angel <3

but if the children of a business magnate cannot study hard enough despite the opportunities and access to money in order secure a job or a position in their family business then that's sheer laziness and disregard towards life. 😡
same way if the children of actor parents are bad actors then why subject us to that horrendous torture time and again. tell them to go study and do something they're good at it. urrrghh, hnngh. they just become actors because usually, it is easy money for them courtesy nepotism.
parents want their kids to succeed that I can understand, however, Saif's BS, illogical, denial theory regarding nepotism was annoying af. just it admit it, you are privileged, how hard is that?😡

Yes it is getting boring and monotonous now
Each and every one is talking about it at the same time
We all know who are vocal against it
We all know who dismiss it or deny it

Agree with you, overdosage of anything is harmful😆
In every 2 day new article comes where certain XYZ has has talked about nepotism and it acts as catalyst in the ongoing discussion. The funny thing people don't have any new point or take on it they keep echoing same thing😆

Those who are saying ENOUGH-They KNOW!

Millions and millions are spent on creating an image..a brand.

Why,because it is that important...and.. it can be destroyed in a day

People will understand soon, that KJo-Dharma are now where Hrithik Roshan is.

The damage is irreparable.

Can you imagine Kjo tweeting his stupid jokes/jibes anytime soon?NOPE

Kjo throwing a kitty party and his kitty arriving in their fancy cars?NOPE

He is now the smallest producer in the country already.Dharma lost its sheen. It will die a slow death.

And no- he will not be called to even judge a show-forget about hosting his own

thanks but no yaar ☺️

@bold --- agreed, BB, but despite all the scoldings the child would get for being lazy/irresponsible/etc, the parent would in the end want to offer atleast some security to the child.. Security in terms of finances, a name, a job... because no matter how filthy rich a person is, he never feels it's enough - such is basic nature of us humans :p

@red -- well, if many parents are failing to tell their kids that they should study or follow their passions, it means much more.. I believe most parents want their kids to excel at what they do.. but parenting isn't easy, can not always be 'successful'.

See, I really don't care what Saif says.. he is being a frog in the well - it's really unfortunate, so no comments 😆

You know, this is all coming back to us - consumers, we should stop accepting movies that are sub-par 😛

Is forum pe aap ab koi actor pe joke nahi kar sakte, comparison nahi kar sakte...Kisi actor ki life discuss nahi kar sakte(even though it's a plot for a movie)..Toh aur baat karein kis cheez ki?

Ab toh forum pe aane ka mann bhi nahi karta..
