Okay thanks both.
I've only watched Rustom. So don't know what nationalistic messages his other movies have. AFAIK he doesn't talk much about nationalism etc offscreen?
Has he obtained canadian citizenship? Doesn't that mean he had to give up his Indian citizenship?Cus there is no concept of dual citizenship there.

It will do Akshay wealth of good. He still hasn't been able to break into big boys club. He needs big production houses to support him to reach at top. At worst he will break even and Reshma will have one more golden boy to flaunt in her rodex. 😛 😆

^He talks a lot about his bhakti, meets Modi and posts pictures quite a bit including with his kids. He also makes a big show of giving donations to the army and launched some kind of army app too. Meeting with soldiers too. None of that is wrong but seems a very calculated image to profit off the bhakti atmosphere in India these days.

That's apart from all the Manoj Kumar type patriotic movies.

He can do whatever he wants but people won't believe it when he gave up his Indian citizenship for a Canadian one quietly.
