He was offered many ads over the past few years, but he didn't do any of them. He said in one of his recent interviews that he could've done ads to earn quick money but he doesn't like to do them. Even this Mahindra ad apparently he needed a lot of convincing to do. Maybe he'll change his mind in the future..there's news doing the rounds that Gionee is offering him a lot of money to be their brand ambassador,

Yaa..There were rumors that he has accepted it and is going to shoot for it in June, once he is back from US.
