But she is totally irrelevant to the film...better if there is a rumor of his and Kriti's affair😆 that will still be more relevant

I don't know much about this guy but he come across as somebody who is so classless and without grace.

And really, quite opposite of a gentleman.
He could have said "No we didn't meet". What is the meaning of " I am not even thinking of meeting". Somehow he gives me creepy vibes.

This man is terribly ungracious and impolite on his past relationship. I remember a long time back reading an interview of his during PV days and him saying he will marry Ankita no matter what and 'Rajput's never go back on their words'.

Ugh how he has eaten his own words. I feel bad for Ankita.

Lol.. and where was this vehemence in denying they are in touch when the media carried out stories about her calling him after Dhoni and congratulating him? That time he was fine in giving the impression that they are on cordial speaking terms because that would help him in giving the dignified ex-bf image (instead of someone who dumped his TV girlfriend). He even got carried away once and spoke about their phone conversations after their break-up:

^^ The whole point of revealing it was not to talk about her new project (which he had no goddamn right of revealing to the media) but to mention that he, the oh-so-dignified ex-boyfriend wishes nothing but the best for his ex-girlfriend.

So from that projection to the media, he is now resorting to "Oh, I don't even think of meeting her, I don't want to meet her, It is the right thing to do" blah blah. All " I, me and myself" , making it seem like he has the moral high-ground. As NightReader mentioned, it is such a lack of grace and sensitivity.

I wouldn't have actually read much into this if there was consistency in how he dealt with all this in the press. But there just isn't. I guess these kind of stories doesn't sit too well with him when he is desperately trying to pitch his link-up stories with Kriti for Raabta promotions.

I love how people here are advocates of feminism yet treat a man leaving a woman as a death sentence! Like seriously!? Yes he left her! Big deal! A female is capable of taking care of herself and moving on! We are not defined by men in our lives! It is not like a death sentence! Furthermore no one even knows what exactly happened! This forum conveniently takes side of people who seem less accomplished and that are women!

More accomplished does not excuse you from human decency. You can leave people, but you don't have to be an ass about it. I don't know the the history of this relationship but he is an ass about it by any decent standards here and I can see that clearly. He could have just stopped with we don't meet anymore. And the whole Maserati name drop sounds very cheap and nouveau riche.

How is he being an ass!? Of course one cannot think of even meeting their ex! It is common sense!
