You can do one of two things:

Step 4a: LEFT CLICK "Download now"

or

Step 4b: RIGHT CLICK "Download now" > Copy Link Address

Step 5: Go to imgur.com and upload the downloaded image or paste the link (depending on which step).

Step 6: Share on IF!

Step 1: Install this add-on:

Step 2: Locate your Instagram picture and put your mouse in the top right corner of the image.

Step 3: Click the Eye (yellow icon) to open the image in a new tab, or Click the Download icon (purple icon) to download the image to your computer.

Step 4: Go to imgur and paste the image link (if you clicked the eye), or upload the image (if you downloaded the image)

Step 5: Share!

I'm sure there is someone here who is going to be all like "Why do I need to go through imgur", and for them, here is the extra part:

YMMV with adding IMG tags around the direct instagram image link or the DownloadGram link (For example, here are the two links. The first one is from DownloadGram, the second is from the addon):

<font size="2">Immediately off the bat, we can't have ?dl=1 in the first link since images must end in an image format (in this case .jpg), so we would have to remove ?dl=1 before putting the IMG tag in.</font>

This is what it would look like assuming this link doesn't have four of the same characters next to each other. Notice, I removed the ?dl=1 from the first link.

So the final test:

It works only because there aren't more than 4 of the same repeating characters. Imgur is an extra step, but it's a recommended one since these image urls are long. It's also nicer to have a backup.
