The news of Salman Khan parting ways with Reshma Shetty's talent management company - Matrix, with whom the actor had been associated for almost nine years, came as a big shock for the industry. Salman had had a very close and successful relationship' with the company and it was Reshma who helped the star transform his image from a bad boy' to being human'. The separation was an amicable one and they will continue to interact on specific opportunities.
