Yeah comparisons with PC were definitely not in her favour. Now though she looks hot! If she could just show more personality and maybe change her PR 😆 And yes I know about those comments too and how they can take a big toll on someone's confidence or weigh on her mind, speaking from personal experience.. But see Alia was a fat kid before coming to the industry too, she still lost weight after SOTY. But with Parineeti, maybe it's a bigger deal because Alia wasn't compared to anyone like Parineeti was to Alia. I remember Alia herself said something like Pari doesn't have great style and all. Pari just got caught in that I think, for her to be so obsessed. It must pinch a bit to see Alia being everyone's darling and being more in demand with film makers despite Pari being the better actor. She even said she wants to do the kind of roles Alia did earlier - the more glamorous ones. Let's see where she takes it from here. She does look impressive in Meri Pyaari Bindu.
