Hmm, don't know, this is showbiz and anything can happen here. It may not be right to compare 90s or 2000s era with current scenario. But one fact is common, an actor gives few flops or has gap of some months and reports, articles about the said actor's career going down were always written. speculations that now they will not be able to bounce back are always there. But one good film and things change. It happened with Madhuri, Salman and many more. When they were written off, at peak of their careers also.

Nowadays. I dont find any actress that good enough for me to be crazy about them or be their fan in true sense. So I am neutral in that sense for both Anushka and Deepika. Thing is, in films not just acting skills or beauty but a star's screen presence, star power also matter a lot. If a star gets support of that, chances of him/her bouncing back are more. I will not write off Deepika yet. but yes, going by Anushka's strong pace, anything can happen.

DP going to Hollywood has indeed resulted in Anu and Alia 's advantage so it will take time for DP to get back her position

Lol Anu was never on top to begin with. Look at the brands Deepika endorses, when all big ads feature another actress I will believe she is dethroned. Phillauri will be average too or a flop.

anu's success in her movies is like uday success in his dhoom movies. he actd averagely well but can he take the credit for the franchise? no nah. same with anu she does a pk, a sultan but can she say she is the star of the movie or even overshadowed any1 ? no. pk will be known as an aamir movie, sultan a salman movie. she can take the awards but will forgive me the flower pot that can act well in her movies but still no one cares
