It is a fact there is always a section of the population be it in India, US or UK and not just desis but whites, blacks, hispanics that consider a gown cut down there and/or cut up there offensive. It is also a fact the people who wear such clothes do it to get noticed. So there is no use condemning only Disha.

Bottom line, People will wear what they want and others will get offended, be it on the red carpet or real life, be it shorts or a hem length. Just ignore and move on.
