I think you didnt read the part where I said he has lots of potential, there is talent there. Its not 100% about looks.

Indeed he has lots of potential, just no drive or passion. His film choices after YJHD have been quite poor unfortunately. He still has a chance but he has a smaller margin for error now, this year is do or die for him. For the person comparing him with Shahid i agree but Shahid had already proven himself many times so it was fine, Aditya on the other hand has not really had any iconic films barring Aashqiui 2 which was popular for its songs or YJHD which was Ranbir and Deepika show. He has to prove himself fast

He's good looking but I find him quite boring on and off-screen. He comes across as very uninterested in BW, at events he looks like he's being held at gun point to pose for pictures.

Did you just group Fawad Khan with the wooden actors of BW? I know it's a rarity to have looks + talent in BW, but he's actually one of the few that has both. The way he expresses with his eyes alone can make females everywhere weak in the knees.

His films didn't succeed at box office. The reviews here didn't say OK jaanu was horrible. They said it was okay.

That way Ranbirs films hadnt run...but he has had a couple of very big films before that and critical acclaim.

He has to be involved in his career and accept show biz is about not just acting. You hv to be visible.

Pata nahi, guy seems to lack a fire or passion.. :( looks so sleepy and nonchalant most of the times. While it's nice to have such a personality, but it seems he is that way towards career also.

He has such good looks, he should've made use of his advantages.
