Lack of screen presence. You can be dazzling in RL, but if you are a dud on screen no one is going to remember or connect with you. Lara is a classic example of that.

Lol nice joke but I heard that she had fling with him, even DP, kareena, katrina, kangana didn't have affair with him but they made it big and his wife twinkle couldn't make big in BW despite having him as her hubby.
