I drank lots of milk during my first pregnancy so that I don't lack calcium ...my mother kept saying baby will be very fair cos I was drinking LOTS of milk..but my first born has Swali twacha... for my second pregnancy I couldn't drink milk at all cos I was too nauseous all the time..she's very fair with pinkish tint... so all are just MYTH!!! Don't believe them ..just eat healthy..and u don't even have to eat for 2...just eat what u need at that time!!

Now you don't get that pure ghee
