Man the selective reading here cracks me up! Esp the comments on the lines of oh you are putting the blame on Priyanka! How easily everything is brushed aside here as a defense of Shahrukh because there are "long essays" involved! I mean...seriously! Those long essays , well some of the them at least are stating both of them are to be blamed if there is an iota of truth to this bull. If anything , it is some Priyanka fans who are preaching to others from their high horse about how others need to get off their high horse when they themselves are on it! 😆 The hypocrisy here is truly ludicrous man.
I also find it amazing that things like Shahrukh is "sponsoring" Gauri's career all the while taking care of his in laws are stated in such a matter of fact fashion. I'm sorry but what! People do know Gauri comes from a well to do family..right? She is extremely close to her family and as always been. Shahrukh might be one of the richest men out there now but doesn't mean Gauri's family survives on his money! I mean the stuff you read here is preposterous man. His respect for his in laws and their love for him is something that has been evident for anyone who has followed them long enough. It ain't a new phenomenon. Her family is quite well to do and was even before Shahrukh came in the picture.
And this is something I have stated even previously in another context but I find it amazing as to how someone's career is put down here just based on the fact that they have a famous husband! It's like everything here boils down to ..nah...these spouses wouldn't have had a career had it not been for their famous husbands! In the case of Gauri , it was actually due to Suzzanne that she started working as a professional interior designer when she joined her at her store Charcoal Project. The "famous husbands" have been able to work for as long because they have wives who have chosen to be homemakers for the most part and bring up their kids , have given the kids a darn good upbringing. Gauri has given Shahrukh the love and stability he craved after his parents passed away. He is the Shahrukh Khan today , wasn't so when she decided to marry him , he's filthy rich today , wasn't so when she met him or married him , so if he has invested some money in her business , it ain't "help" , it's called doing what you should do for someone who has been your rock ever since you were in your late teens!
Long essay...I know but man the stuff you come across here deserve some darn long essays!
