A distributor, who didn't want to be named, told TOI, "BoxofficeIndia.com has authentic numbers"

I called BOI fake earlier and was wrong after the main media has started to cite this site, even NDTV was quoting Boxofficeindia.com for Kaabil figures . A distributor confirmed this to TOI about the authenticity of this site.

Hhmmm why do you think the distributor didnt want to be named? The biggest problem with much of Indian journalism is their willingness to rely on unnamed unsupported sources.

Their numbers are mostly authentic, it is their verdicts that are dubious and extremely biased.

Trusting an unnamed source.. Nopes. Not gonna do that😆 As atrocious as Kaabil figures seem to be at the moment, I will have to trust the producers simply because I don't have any other choice. I would need a bit more to place by trust on a site about which we know literally nothing

NDTV is posting BoxofficeIndia.com numbers for a reason because they trust that site numbers more than producer
