@Kaaju- It might have to do with the makeup and fashion of that time too. A lot of celebs improve on looks hugely with better grooming. There can be a world of a difference.

Kaaju, now I am fascinated by Mouni's forehead shrinkage! There was a Hollywood celeb, Rita Hayworth she didn't like her forehead shape and had "hairline electrolysis" to get a refined hairline

But here, her hairline was shifted back which is reasonable but I wonder how Mouni shifted her hairline forward!
