he asked na system se biswas uuth gaya kya?
so thats with majmudar..
he knew raees will wriggle out of jail by hook or crook..
so he was determined to kill him off n leave no chance..
one thing the movie does tell is politicians are greater goons than
normal goons ..n they use the policemen to kill off their enemies or competitors..
the politicians had spl instructions on that sr cop to have him shot n majmudar
happily complied..

Majumdar knew if he puts Raees in jail like the previous time Raees would come out easily as he had a sharp mind. So he had to kill him so that Gujrat is cleaned of all smugglers. Raees did not smuggle rdx but there were others who did it through alcohol smuggling.
