I will miss this trio. 😕 Now they will also take a decade to solve their personal problems like srk-salmaan. sad!!!! Devgan was never a friend nor enemy to both srk n karan. He never mentioned them in any of his interviews. If its the friendship that matters to him most then he should have not opened up about his personal issues in public. 😔

Is every chapter about Kajol ??? Fight with Kajol and go running to SRK, why ?? to force SRK to take a side ?? Mediate ? Why ? 😕

What I can guess from seeing SRK and Kajol for years is that though there are hardly any pictures of them hanging out together like the Mannat house parties or dinners or any such thing in public, you hear these consistent things that point to a deep friendship to me. Kajol being one of the first to see Abram to how she always knows to call SRK when he needs it per him. Then there is the body language between SRK and Kajol and how he always manages to smile with her. SRK is looked up to in awe by most people, including KJO, but in Kajol I think he has consistently found a good friend, one who he is still an equal. I don't think KJO running off to SRK will affect SRK-Kajol's friendship

Which brings me to the infamous chatpe conversation in Mannat when SRK encouraged KJO to direct and Kajol said she will do it. That was KKHH. KJO again brought up Kajol in the directors round table about her trying to help him when he was nervous by offering to have him scold her in public. No need to do so. He clearly seems to miss her.

A lot of people look up to KJO now, he is powerful, one of the gatekeepers of BW. But none are his equal or even his age. Most are hangers on and want him to launch their kids or see what he can give them/

SRK and Kajol were two of the people who were with him when he started out, gave him confidence, helped him, mentored him. There seems to be a distance between SRK and KJO and now a rift between Kajol and KJO. Whatever the reasons, KJO seems rather heart broken, lonely and is clearly missing their former vibe. Friendships, true friendships at their level especially in BW is hard to come by. Hopefully they reconcile.

^ No, I think KJo is saying this just to show how close he is to SRK... he calls him when he has problems, needs a friend/shoulder to cry on, etc. Plus, I think SRK is pretty non-judgmental, a good listener, and sensitive enough to understand what to say to make you feel better too.

I don't think KJo made the call to force SRK to take a side or even mediate and even if he did with that intention, he would know it's not going to work. SRK would never interfere in other people's personal life like that nor would he ever publicly take a side. He already got burned badly with Salman-Aishwarya years ago.

Going back to the snippet, SRK is definitely very possessive but I'm not sure I believe he was upset about KJo directing without him...there is no real role for him in SOTY. But perhaps he was...KJo was the first real director friend of SRK's who moved on to other people. Though I think he has repaired his relationship with SRK to a large extent now... Still he treated SRK terribly in KWK in his love for Alia. 🤔
