Looks like tape... I've heard they use special tapes to make those flimsy dresses and undergarments stay in place...

Here it might be a ni**le cover that is held by tape, or the tape itself is the cover, just my guess... This outfit further loses points for this display

They use tape 😲 I always wondered how does this type of neckline stay stuck to the exact spot...this one looks just on top of that line ( laxman rekha) 😆

^ it's a shadow coz u can see half part of the shadow on the seam as well!.

Fashion tapes and pasties/gel petals are used for such necklines.

It is in style now, it's the fashion nowadays... It's like they're trying to distract people from their faces bcz most actresss now know they lack that 'quality'... Atleast these people are in showbiz

Nowadays even serious media persons(women) and newscasters on TV ( again women) dress very provocatively on TV while discussing serious issues... It didn't used be like that even a few years ago

If you comment against it you're a sexist, if you say something positive about it then you're objectifying women.

Awww people rather discuss Priyanka's dress tape/shadow which showed in only one picture rather than talk about the fact that Priyanka won Vogue and Access Hollywood's best dressed award!

I searched Vogue and Access HW, I could not find it, PC or DP are not mentioned, could you post the link or have you already posted it in this thread?

PC is mentioned in the best dressed list on few Indian sites though...

PC's cleavage show is so in your face and the necklace is making things worse. PC has such a hot bod, she makes the dress look decent otherwise I would have hated it. 😆
