Especially liked yeh ishq hai (female version) by Rekha. I really hope they release that song separately like they did for arijit. And the english songs, "Be still" and "Jimmy shake" are so much fun! The rangoon theme is really nice, too. I think I like both the songs by arijit, rekhaji, and english songs the most in this discography.

On another note, more news I hear about this movie the more worried I am. The whole movie is "2 hours and 47 minutes" long. Just... that's so long. Which movie in recent times has been this long? Dangal maybe? I can understand that vishal has alot of material to cover, what with the whole themes of war, love and deceit. but, I'm still very worried that in trying to do all that, the movie doesn't end up ALL over the place instead of being one cohesive product. At this point, I really can't say anything much. The disadvantages are stacking up against the advantages, but let's see if by some miracle they pull it off.

All in all, through listening the whole jukebox and everything, I can really tell is is the most AMBITIOUS project in recent times. If not for anyone but vishal, I hope this is atleast critically acclaimed.

Hope it sees success at critical level, if not commercial.

It is CERTAINLY not a typical commercial film. WAR + ROMANCE + PERIOD MUSIC + VISHAL =❓
