I don't think Ranbir had hair transplant. In BV he wear wig. May be temporary hair plugs.

Most of the actresses wear extensions almost all the time .. of course, they wear wigs sometimes when they feel like flaunting a certain hairdo.

For men, most of the ones above 40 have done something or the other to fix the receding hairlines. But that's alright .. I mean its part of their job. I've seen mango men getting worried about receding hairlines. Some of them, who are in their 20s, have even gotten some treatments done. The older ones usually don't do anything about it though.

ALL actresses wear extensions. If you have naturally great hair it just makes your extensions look better (ie Sonam, PC)

Wigs are old school. They were clunky and ill fitting. Now we have hair transplants and extensions and pretty much everyone uses them, both male and female IMO.

Amitabh wears a wig, I have read that many times.

I guess hes too old to go for hair grafting

All other 40 plus and early balding young actors have to get hair grafting.

Its natural with age, men lose hair and actors cannot afford to have a receding hairline or bald spots.

I said no one wears a wig IMO, but I will add the caveat in BW.

Thalaiva wears a wig in movies, goes bald headed in RL. I suspect many Malayalam actors do too.

By the way, washing your hairs with only mineral water actually helps😆 not permanently.. But I tried it for a week to give hairs a break from all the chemicals of shampoo and the effect was nice😆
