Official reports say they parted because Katrina envolved with her own brand of stuffs, so she cannot endorse both at the same time.

But there is a rumour that L'Oral did not found her as Indian authentic as Aish or Sonam.

However, the brand and actress have now agreed to part ways after their contract expires at the end of this year.

In a statement, Kaif said: "I have a great relationship with L'Oral Paris and will continue to be with the brand until the end of the year. We have mutually agreed not to renew the contact since working in beauty retail will entail working with multiple brands."

Shalini Raghavan, Chief Marketing Officer for Consumer Products Division at L'Oral India, added: "Katrina shared with us her vision for a beauty retail venture, and her passion for this new opportunity was obvious. She is a great spokesperson for beauty and has been a wonderful brand ambassador for L'Oral Paris since 2013."

He added: "We wish her every success and look forward to working with her in her avatar as a retail partner."

Kaif is planning to launch her own beauty retail outlet after constantly being asked by her fans for beauty tips and advice.

They used to promote their products like 20s-Sonam, 30s-Katrina and 40s-Aishwarya. Now Sonam hit her 30s so why keep Katrina around. They wanted to hire someone young like Disha Patani for youth appeal and let Kat go. Also her decision to inject fillers 2 days before her Cannes red carpet was

Simple business logic She added no value to the brand. Unlike Aishwarya or Sonam Katrina's association didn't make the required waves..it was always a thanda response. Cannes was the final nail in the coffin. She was underwhelming there.
